Compound Bow Draw Length

What is the best model of oneida compound bow and which arrows are the best to go with it?
This can be any draw weight and draw length but im looking to spend less than $250. Thanks.
Motox is right about looking for a used one, I haven't had the time to bowhunt the last few years so haven't been into the shop (also the manufacturer) but as of a few years back the cheapest ones were roughly $500. A quick look on the website http://www.oneidaeaglebows.com/shows not much has changed.
If you can find a used one for that price pick it up, every bow I've owned has been an Oneida and they've all been great. The only thing to watch out for is make sure it's clear around your treestand, because when one of those limbs smacks a branch it will throw the timing off, not to mention you miss that shot by a mile (happened on a nice little 8 point to me before when shooting at an unexpected angle!).
All of the models follow the same basic design of the recurve-compound hybrid, the main differences are in the frames and cams. On your budget the model you find for that price used will be the one to get. Between the ones I've owned and the others that I've shot they've all been great shooters, and not hard to instinctively learn, especially with the "Claude Special" Package that so many (around here at least) come equipped with, the website lists these as the deluxe package.
Call the shop listed on the website and ask what arrows they recommend, last time I was in there they were finally switching their inventory over to carbons. I've had great luck with the old Eastman XX75's they used to push in rather wide sizes.

how to change draw length on a bear whitetail compound bow? I want to make it shorter?
It is fairly new and i want to know if it can be done. If so, please tell me how to make it shorter. thanks.
The tiller wheels of the bow has notches in the wheels for draw length adjustment. There should be three positions on each wheel for the draw length. On the newer bows, the adjustments are made on the lower wheel. You may need a bow press to help you make the draw adjustments. The axle bolts are used to adjust the draw weights. You can adjust the weight to a lesser poundage to make it easier for use in the bow press.
